Lilly Maier

Lilly Maier, an intern for PolitiFact's national staff for Fall 2013, was a student at American University. Originally from Europe, she switches between writing in English and German.
Other publications include the Huffington Post and the Austrian daily newspaper Kurier. Previously, Maier worked for German and Austrian magazines, including News, Presse and Die Stadtspionin ("Cityspottergirl").
In 2007, she founded a bimonthly European youth magazine, Schnipsel ("papercuts"), that was awarded with funding by the European Union.
