Ella was a 2025 summer intern at PolitiFact based in Washington, D.C. Previously, Ella conducted field research and interviews surrounding disparities in senior health services, nutrition insecurity, and primary care shortages in rural communities with the Western Upper Montgomery County Organization in Maryland. She has also published articles surrounding restorative justice and gun violence prevention with the DC Justice Lab. She is a student at Duke University, where she is an Associate News Editor for The Duke Chronicle student newspaper.
