Liz Mathis
State Sen. Liz Mathis, D-Hiawatha, is running for Congress against Republican U.S. Rep. Ashley Hinson in 2022. Mathis joined the Legislature in 2011 after a journalism career. She is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
