Katie Parkins

Katie Parkins is a senior at the University of Missouri, majoring in convergence journalism with an emphasis in emerging media and a minor in political science. She is working on a research project for the Berlin-based virtual reality company Vgraments. In the past, she has been a digital producer for the NBC affiliate in Columbia, Mo., KOMU, and interned for the broadcast news agency Feature Story News in Brussels, Belgium.
