Kelly McGinn

Kelly McGinn is a 2019 Republican candidate for the House of Delegates. She's seeking the 13th District seat in Prince William County held by Democrat Danica Roem. Roem is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Virginia School of Law. She was advisor to former U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback, R-Kan.
