David Wu, the first Chinese-American to serve in the House of Representatives, has represented Oregon’s First Congressional District since 1999. He earned a bachelor of science from Stanford University in 1977 and a law degree from Yale University in 1982. He is co-founder of the firm Cohen and Wu.
